Nam Bo-ra to Give Birth Next Month Without Incision, Enema, or Hair Removal
Actress Nam Bo-ra, due next month with a baby boy, shared her pregnancy journey and revealed she is preparing for a naturalistic birth with minimal medical intervention.
Actress Nam Bo-ra shared a selfie on social media on the 14th, writing, "D-35, I'm going to have my baby next month. Amazing. Time flies so fast."

She also shared photos of herself going out, writing, "It feels so good to get some fresh air after a long time! After filming, I swept up some bread at Hoffmann Bakery with an older acquaintance! And while walking, I even met a sheep… haha (they said it's a pet sheep haha). The weather is nice and I'm in a good mood."
Her full baby bump, as she approaches her due date, draws plenty of attention. However, her face remains as fresh and pure-looking as it was before the pregnancy.
She married a businessman of the same age last May. She is expecting a son and will give birth next month.
She recently revealed through KBS 2TV's Fan's Restaurant New Release and her own social media accounts that she is preparing for a naturalistic birth — a method that minimizes medical intervention by forgoing injections, perineal incisions, enemas, and hair removal.
