On the 9th, Jung announced the news of his son's birth via social media (SNS), stating, "Everyone, yesterday my son 'Dalkong-i' was born into the world in a healthy state, weighing 3.25kg truly."
He shared his emotions regarding the sudden delivery, saying, "Dalkong-i actually came into the world a little earlier than the expected date. Because the labor progressed so suddenly, I was very worried that something might happen to the baby, but I am truly grateful that he was born healthy."
Jung revealed that the experience made him realize the urgent need for support for preterm babies and their families.
"I learned that there are babies who, like Dalkong-i, are born earlier than expected and need medical help and attention," he explained. "I wanted to convey a small token of sincerity in Dalkong-i's name."
