Seo Kang-jun and Ahn Eun-jin explore cracks in a 10-year romance in 'A Love Other Than Yours'

Actors Seo Kang-jun and Ahn Eun-jin will portray the familiar yet most difficult face of love: a 10-year relationship.

KBS2's new weekend drama 'A Love Other Than Yours' (written by Yoo Su-ji, directed by Hwang Seung-gi and Lee Ga-ram) has confirmed its premiere for September 12. Along with the announcement, the first couple stills featuring Seo and Ahn, transformed into a long-term couple in their 10th year, have been released.

'A Love Other Than Yours' is a realistic melodrama that follows a couple in their 10th year of dating as they encounter unfamiliar emotions amidst familiarity. Rather than focusing on the moment love ends, the drama will highlight the "shaking moments" and delicately unravel the psychology of lovers caught between marriage and breakup.

Seo plays Namgoong Ho, an assistant manager in the Hunmin Confectionery TF team. Namgoong is a kind and cheerful individual who has naturally dreamed of a future with his long-time partner, Lee Mi-do. However, he begins to waver between certainty and anxiety regarding his love as he senses a change in his partner's gaze.

In the released stills, Seo completes his signature soft atmosphere with an all-black suit and a natural smile. Anticipation is building for how he will express the trust and familiarity built over 10 years, as well as the jealousy and confusion that arise when that relationship begins to shake.

Ahn portrays film director Lee Mi-do. Mi-do is a person who has stood by Namgoong through difficult times and accepted marriage as a natural future. However, as unexpected emotions seep into a relationship she believed was stable, she is forced to confront her own heart.

Ahn expressed Mi-do's complex inner world through long straight hair and a restrained expression. She is expected to use her signature delicate acting to portray the realistic emotions of a woman struggling between familiarity and excitement in a relationship that is still loving but no longer the same.
