So Yoo-jin Sends Food Gifts to 'Baegue Couple' Husband and Sons Following Heartbreaking Story

Following the story shared on MBC's 'Oh Eun-young's Report - Love Again' last May, Jung-hwan—known as the 'Baegue Couple' husband who is raising two sons alone after his wife passed away following a terminal stomach cancer diagnosis—announced that he received a large gift from actress So Yoo-jin.

Recently, Jung-hwan shared on his account, "After appearing on the broadcast, I was quite flustered to find many delivery boxes piled up in front of my house that I hadn't ordered. I thought it was another misdelivery like before when the address was written incorrectly, but after checking the personal information, I saw they were all accurately addressed to our house."

He mentioned the brand written on the packages, which is one that everyone has heard of at least once, referring to Theborn Korea, which is led by So Yoo-jin's husband, Paik Jong-won. He revealed, "Among the panelists on 'Oh Eun-young's Report,' So Yoo-jin sent food for the children to eat."

He continued to express his gratitude, saying, "At first, I felt somewhat burdened, but I was taught that it is impolite to refuse food offered to you. I will gratefully accept the sincerity sent to us and make sure both the children and I eat well."

He repeated his thanks, stating, "I will go to bed after bowing deeply toward the direction where the company is located. I will surely repay the grace bestowed upon us in some way in the future."
