Kim Dae-ho invades stage in comedic protest over MC departure

Kim Dae-ho will express his disappointment over stepping down as the MC of 'Jeonseorui Sanae,' a variety spin-off of 'Unknown Legend,' through a comedic lens. A preview has revealed a scene where he directly invades the program's stage, claiming, "This is my spot," leading to a tense psychological battle with the current MC, Yang Se-hyung.

In the 7th episode of MBN's 'Jeonseorui Sanae,' scheduled to air on the 26th at 9:40 PM, the 'God of Work' special will unfold, where the 'Unknown Legend' TOP7—Sung-ri, Haru Lee, Jang Han-byeol, Hwang Yunsung, Jung Yeon-ho, Lee Changmin, and I Rune—reflect on their lives and careers before becoming trot singers.

The broadcast will feature the so-called "Job Switchers 7." Appearing alongside the TOP7 to compete based on their respective career histories and stage experiences are former announcer Kim Yong-pil, former reporter Park Hye-shin, Lee Seung Yoon, who transformed from a ballerino to a man of nature, Yoon Soo-hyun, who has held as many as 11 different jobs, the "Trot Wolf" Choi Woo-jin, former gardener Shin Seong, and 36-year veteran trot singer Jin Simon.

Before the competition begins, an unexpected figure appears during the TOP7's joint performance. It is Kim Dae-ho, who previously worked as part of the so-called "Ho-ho Brothers MC" duo with Jang Minho during the last season of 'Unknown Legend.'

Although Kim Dae-ho has stepped down as the MC for 'Jeonseorui Sanae,' he suddenly invades the TOP7's stage to perform with them. Going beyond a simple surprise appearance, he flusters the current MC, Yang Se-hyung, by claiming, "I am very angry. This is my spot."

Rather than treating the change in hosts as a real conflict, the scene converts the tension into laughter by utilizing Kim's signature direct speech and variety-style exaggeration. His appearance in the middle of the stage as if to reclaim his position fits exquisitely with the office worker concept presented by 'Jeonseorui Sanae.'

Yang Se-hyung does not back down either. He counterattacks by telling Kim, "I heard you studied trot a lot, so I'm going to ask you for the details." In response, Kim retorts, "Who do you think you are?" and Yang shouts back, "Who do you think you are? Get out of this spot!", sparking an impromptu power struggle between the two.

Kim's sudden stage invasion also serves to highlight the unique character he has shown as a broadcaster, moving beyond his role as a program MC. It is a method of heightening the spontaneity of the variety show by breaking away from fixed hosting formats and reacting immediately to situations through exaggerated language and actions.
