Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young: Their 16-Year-Old Son Is 185 cm Tall and Can No Longer Fit His Father's Clothes
Ko So-young shared that her 16-year-old son has grown past 185 cm, leaving Jang Dong-gun's old clothes to become hers.
Actor Ko So-young opened up about the striking growth of her 16-year-old son, while also sharing a modest everyday story from her life with her husband, actor Jang Dong-gun.

On June 4, a new video was uploaded to Ko So-young's YouTube channel, "Ko So-young," under the title "First Reveal of Ko So-young's 'Older Brother's Wife,' Said to Be Someone Famous Celebrities Line Up For." In the video, Ko was shown heading out to meet her sister-in-law, dressed in a neat jacket layered over a vivid red knit top.
When the production staff complimented the color of the knitwear, saying that the shade was beautiful, Ko revealed that the item had originally belonged to her husband, Jang Dong-gun. She explained that the clothes were pieces Jang had worn before their marriage, and that they had kept them all because he had planned to pass them down to their son someday.
Ko So-young and Jang Dong-gun married in 2010 and welcomed their first child, a son named Jun-hyeok, that same year. They later had a daughter, Yun-seol, who was born in 2014. Their son, now 16, has grown so rapidly that he can no longer wear the clothes his father had saved for him.
Ko said, "But my son suddenly bulked up, and his height has gone past 185 cm. His shoulders have become broader too, so my husband's clothes no longer fit him." With that comment, she described the surprising pace of her son's physical growth.
As a result, Jang Dong-gun's long-kept old clothes, which had lost their intended owner, ended up going to Ko So-young instead. Ko added, "When I wore them, my husband was extremely proud," offering a warm glimpse of affection between the couple.
