Shin Min-ah Aims to Become Thriller Queen Playing Dual Roles in 'Eyes'
Actress Shin Min-ah takes on dual roles in the upcoming suspense thriller 'Eyes', showcasing her versatility beyond romantic comedies.
'Romantic Comedy Queen' Shin Min-ah aims to claim the title of 'Thriller Queen' through the film 'Eyes' (directed by Yum Ji-ho), which is set to be released on the 24th of next month. Since she plays two different roles this time, it is an opportunity to verify the value of her veteran acting skills.

The production press conference for 'Eyes' was held on the 26th at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. 'Eyes' is a suspense thriller about Seo-jin, who is gradually losing her sight due to a genetic disease, as she investigates suspicions surrounding the death of her twin sister and eventually faces the truth.
Shin Min-ah decided to join the cast after being drawn in by the screenplay. Despite the fatal handicap of gradually losing her vision, she simultaneously plays the role of Seo-jin, a photographer who investigates the suspicious death of her twin sister, and the role of Seo-in, the twin sister who is a ceramic artist.
In addition, Kim Nam-hee, Lee Seung-ryong, and Kim Young-ah join the cast to unfold a rich story surrounding the sisters Seo-jin and Seo-in. Veteran Kim Nam-hee challenges his first commercial film by playing Do-hyeok, who helps Seo-jin track the suspicious death of Seo-in.
Lee Seung-ryong plays Hyeon-min, a model who is obsessed with Seo-jin. Kim Young-ah appears as Mi-gyeong, a detective who protects Seo-jin from threats posed by a stalker.
