'Boys 2 Planet' Choi Lip-woo + Kim Woo-jin, Debut as FLARE U

Mnet 'Boys 2 Planet 2' alumni Choi Lip-woo and Kang Woo-jin have debuted as FLARE U, the first derivative group from 'Boys 2 Planet'.

On the 13th, a media showcase was held at the Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to commemorate the release of the duo FLARE U's first mini-album, 'YOUTH ERROR'.

FLARE U is a duo consisting of Choi Lip-woo and Kang Woo-jin, who were recognized for their skills and potential through 'Boys 2 Planet'. The team name signifies the moment when two sparkles meet to form a single light. 'YOUTH ERROR' contains the records of two youths who make mistakes, fall down, and possess different errors.

Choi Lip-woo said, "After debuting as a soloist, I have high expectations and am excited to be able to show a new side of myself as a group this time. I will show you a wonderful side in the future. When I was active alone, it was also lonely. This time, having a friend who goes through hardships together makes me feel less lonely and less tired. While there is some pressure because I had good results during my solo activities, which I am grateful for, I have even greater expectations because I believe we can achieve results that belong solely to us when we work as a duo."

Kang Woo-jin also expressed his emotion, saying, "I am happy and grateful that I can finally make the debut I have always dreamed of."
