Ivy Undergoes Dermatology Procedure for Hollow Under-Eyes: 'Because I'm 43 and Middle-Aged'

Singer and musical actress Ivy has shared a recent update after successfully completing a dermatology procedure for concerns around her under-eye hollows and facial contours.

On June 19, Ivy wrote on her personal account, "I am a little embarrassed by how unattractive and dull I look, but this is incredible. Some older female and male friends I am close to said there is a dermatology procedure everyone is talking about these days, so I rushed to the clinic. I had usually been concerned about the hollow areas under my eyes and the contours of my face. So, after consulting with a specialist, I received the procedure."

The video she posted showed both her appearance immediately after the procedure and her face one month later, making the change easy to see. The hollowing under her eyes and her nasolabial folds appeared noticeably improved. Ivy added, "Even I was surprised by the before and after. It has now been about a month since I received the procedure. I am going to do it one more time before going to the United States," revealing her plan for an additional treatment.

After seeing the post, one acquaintance asked, "Why did they become hollow?" Ivy replied, "Because I am middle-aged now, haha," openly acknowledging her age.

On the 2nd of last month, when a commenter asked, "Why has your face become like this?" Ivy answered, "Because I have gotten older." She continued, "People must feel like they will die if they do not point out looks and age. Even celebrities who are peerless beauties go through it, so who am I? I have to be criticized," showing a forthright attitude.

Born on November 7, 1982, Ivy debuted in 2005 with her first full-length album, "My Sweet And Free Day," and went on to release hits including "Sonata of Temptation," "I Think I'm a Fool," "If You're Going to Be Like This," "A-HA," and "Goodbye Tears." She later transitioned into musical acting, appearing in productions such as "Red Book," "Jekyll & Hyde," and "Chicago."
