Lee Mu-jin Files Injunction to Suspend Exclusive Contract Over Unpaid Settlements

The Seoul Central District Court Civil Division 50 (Presiding Judge Park Hyeong-jun) will hold a hearing at approximately 10:50 AM on the 27th regarding the application for an injunction to suspend the exclusive contract filed by Lee Mu-jin against the entertainment agency Big Planet Made Entertainment.

Lee Mu-jin notified Big Planet Made Entertainment of his contract termination last March and filed the injunction application on the 7th.

His legal representative explained, "The situation is that settlement funds from the 2–4 quarters of last year and the 1st quarter of this year have not been received. Although the relationship has effectively ended by notifying the contract termination, this lawsuit was filed with the intention of obtaining an official judgment from the court."

He also plans to file a main lawsuit against Big Planet Made Entertainment to claim the payment of the settlement funds.

Big Planet Made Entertainment stated, "We have no objection to the claim to suspend the contract's validity. We intend to accept Lee Mu-jin's request."
