Seo In-young Shares Merger News Involving Future Husband Choi Ji-hoon's Company
Former Jewelry singer Seo In-young has announced news related to NP, the company led by her future husband Choi Ji-hoon, as it prepares to merge with WYSIWYG Studio.
Seo In-young, a singer formerly of the group Jewelry, has drawn attention by sharing news of a corporate merger involving the company led by Choi Ji-hoon, the man she is set to marry.
Seo In-young's future husband, Choi Ji-hoon, is the CEO of NP. The development she made known is that NP will merge with WYSIWYG Studio, linking the company headed by Choi with another firm in the entertainment and content sector.
NP and WYSIWYG Studio received approval for the merger at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 12th. After completing the remaining merger procedures, the two companies plan to launch an integrated corporation named COM2US N around mid-July.
Seo In-young had already revealed her remarriage plans on the 9th through her own channel, where she personally spoke about her first meeting with her boyfriend.
Recalling how the relationship began, she said, "It was a gathering with several friends, and because I was going through a difficult situation, I contacted him to ask if he could suddenly come. When he walked in, the way he smiled and did not avoid eye contact was so attractive. That is how we met, and now we have become a couple."
Seo In-young and Choi Ji-hoon are scheduled to marry in the second half of this year. Choi, who was born in 1978, is six years older than Seo In-young.
Recently, Seo In-young also hinted at a new beginning by bringing together the members of Jewelry.
Seo In-young married a businessman in 2023, but the couple divorced by mutual agreement in 2024.
