The upcoming episode centers on "Gong Seung-yeon, who was always by Jeongyeon's side as a pillar of support during her most difficult times."

Jeongyeon recalled the moment she first noticed something was wrong with her health, saying, "At that time, I was going through a very difficult period mentally." She added, "My sister grabbed me and said, 'Something seems off with your body. I think you need to go to the hospital.' That's how I found out about my illness."

She continued, "It was the first time I heard the word Cushing's. Thanks to my sister, my treatment went so well and I became healthy again — I was so grateful."

In 2020, during treatment for a cervical disc condition, Jeongyeon was diagnosed with Cushing's syndrome as a side effect of steroids, leading to rapid weight gain. Despite this, she continued her activities for the sake of TWICE's complete lineup and has recently succeeded in losing the weight.

Jeongyeon shed tears, saying, "First of all, my sister is so hot right now and doing so well — it makes me so happy. I'm so grateful and sorry that she's my real older sister." Upon watching the video, Gong Seung-yeon also teared up, saying, "I didn't know she would say something like this."

Yoo Jae-suk asked, "I heard that when Jeongyeon's health had deteriorated to the point where she had to halt activities for a while, Seung-yeon suggested they live together?" Gong Seung-yeon replied, "At the time, Jeongyeon was having such a hard time, and I was anxious about leaving her alone. Even when she was living in the dorm, I would go to the dorm or bring her to my place — I just wanted to keep her close. That's why I suggested we live together. I'm so grateful that she has pulled through now. I'd already heard her say, 'I've become so much prettier. I've reclaimed my prime.' Hearing that makes me so happy too. My sister is someone who does everything properly and does it well, so I have absolutely no doubt in her."
