After School's Lee Joo-yeon Rejected Meeting with a Prosecutor Arranged by a Friend
Actress Lee Joo-yeon shares funny anecdotes about her childhood and rejecting a blind date with a prosecutor on MBC's 'Omniscient Interfering View'.
On the 23rd, during the MBC entertainment program 'Omniscient Interfering View', actress Lee Joo-yeon, formerly of the girl group After School, shared her experience of rejecting a meeting with a prosecutor.

Lee Joo-yeon prepared kimbap and seaweed soup for her parents and manager. Lee Joo-yeon's father boasted about enjoying fame thanks to his daughter, saying, "She has become a little famous. When I went to work at my part-time job, people recognized me. They said they didn't know I was Lee Joo-yeon's father. It felt so good."
Her mother exposed her childhood, saying, "I raised Joo-yeon like a boy since she was young. I only dressed her in pants and t-shirts. Whenever she could, she would climb on top of trash cans and jump down like Wonder Woman." Her father added, "She was originally quite messy. That's why I gave her the nickname 'Ddong-pari' (dung fly)."
Lee Joo-yeon and her manager moved to declutter her maximalist lifestyle. After deciding to open a flea market with acquaintances and donate the proceeds, Lee Joo-yeon boldly put up items ranging from a cherished sofa used for 6 years to vintage clothing and luxury bags.
As it rained on the day of the flea market, she expressed regret, saying, "I really prepared hard for this." In response to her request for help, Jun Hyun-moo said, "While on the phone, I felt bad and thought I should help," and visited the flea market on a bicycle with a friend. Contrary to his worries, the flea market was crowded with people.
He said, "Since it's 100% donation, I'll buy a lot," and proceeded to purchase hats and jackets one after another. He eventually paid 1.43 million won and hurried away, saying, "I feel like I'm going to go bankrupt staying here."
Later, Lee Joo-yeon's father and long-time friends appeared with their children. Lee Joo-yeon spoke about her friends, saying, "When I was famous as an 'Ulzzang' (best face) during my school years, I had acne because I was a high schooler, and some people would pick on me saying, 'Seeing you in person, you're not pretty at all.' Every time that happened, my friends would show up and protect me. I still stay 'real friends' with them."
A friend of Lee Joo-yeon said, "I thought you would be the first to get married," to which Lee Joo-yeon responded with a worried expression, asking, "Do you think I'll be able to get married?"
Another friend revealed, "I said I would introduce you to a wonderful prosecutor, but she rejected him." Lee Joo-yeon's father clicked his tongue, saying, "She's so scatterbrained." Lee Joo-yeon revealed her inner thoughts, saying, "Seeing the children makes me want to get married."
