First-generation "Ulzzang" and influencer Hong Younggi showcased her witty charm while revealing candid details about her dating life during her school years.
Appearing on the YouTube channel 'No Back Tak Jae-hoon' on the 8th, Hong spoke openly about everything from her popularity in school to her marriage and family.
During the episode, Tak Jae-hoon and Shin Kyu-jin introduced Hong as an "original first-generation Ulzzang" and looked through her old photos. Hong reminisced about the explosive popularity she enjoyed while appearing on Comedy TV's 'Ulzzang Generation' in the 2000s, recalling the unexpected attention from fans.
"When I was in high school, I once received a fan letter sent from a prison," she said. "I was surprised at first, but I was actually moved after reading it. It said, 'Thanks to Younggi, I can smile even in prison.' I felt grateful that I could be a source of strength for someone."
The conversation naturally shifted to her dating life during her school years.
Tak jokingly asked, "I heard you didn't just double-date, but had ten boyfriends at once. What did you do with all of them?" Hong laughed and responded without hesitation, "We went to Lotte World, and I rode motorcycles a lot. Most of my boyfriends rode motorcycles back then, so I often rode on the back."
Hearing this, Shin Kyu-jin expressed his amazement, asking, "If there were ten, wouldn't you not be able to see them all even if you met someone every day of the week?" Hong made the cast burst into laughter by revealing, "There was a boyfriend who would drop me off at school, and another who would pick me up after school."
