Jang Keun Suk on Choosing Technical High School Uniform: 'I Thought They'd Be Good at Fighting'
Jang Keun Suk discusses his weight loss for an upcoming action drama and his choice of technical high school uniform during a fun outing with the cast of tvN's Gugi-dong Friends.
On the 21st, the regular cast members of the tvN variety show 'Gugi-dong Friends'—Choi Daniel, Lee Da-hee, Jang Keun Suk, and Ahn Jae Hyun—visited an amusement park together through the YouTube channel 'Choi Daniel'.
Choi Daniel expressed a hint of disappointment toward Jang Keun Suk, saying, "I heard you are filming a new drama. You've lost a lot of weight. You look completely different from when we were doing 'Gugi-dong'."
Jang Keun Suk replied, "I have to film action scenes. That's why I am dieting right now."
The four of them stopped by a school uniform rental shop to enjoy the amusement park. Choosing a technical high school uniform, Jang Keun Suk remained immersed in his action actor persona, remarking, "Technical high school students' uniforms are cool. It looks like they would be good at fighting."
Seeing how the uniform fit Jang Keun Suk, Lee Da-hee marveled, saying, "Someone who has worked as a model is indeed different." Jang Keun Suk has previously worked as a school uniform model.
