Jeong Ga-eun Reveals 0 Won Bank Balance After Ex-Husband's Overseas Departure

Jeong Ga-eun revealed that after her divorce, her bank account had 0 won and her ex-husband left for overseas with no contact. She shared the emotional and financial challenges she faced as a single mother, explaining that she had tried to maintain a relationship with her ex-husband for the sake of her daughter. The last record was her ex-husband's overseas departure, after which she lost all contact. She also disclosed that instead of child support, her ex-husband asked her to lend him money. She recalled how hard it was when her daughter, around seven years old, asked, 'Why don't I live with my dad?' and 'Can I call my dad?' To protect her daughter, Jeong Ga-eun said she calmly told her, 'Mom also can't contact him.' She described how painful it was when her daughter had to witness other children's parents being called forward in school or at the taekwondo academy. Jeong Ga-eun said, 'When I heard "Dads, come forward," I felt like I was going to lose my mind.' She expressed that the very fact that her daughter had never lived with a father was something she deeply regretted. Her confession reflects the reality of a mother who, despite being a divorced celebrity, is doing everything to protect her child. Looking back on her marriage, Jeong Ga-eun admitted, 'At that time, I really wanted to get married and felt very lonely. I was the type who fell in love quickly when meeting someone.'
