Kian84 shocked by SHINee's Minho's academic background
Kian84 was stunned to learn that SHINee's Minho completed graduate school despite his busy idol schedule during an episode of I Live Alone.
Kian84 was caught off guard when SHINee's Minho's unexpected academic background was revealed. The studio erupted in laughter as it was disclosed that even during his busiest days as an idol, Minho never gave up on his studies, completing both university and graduate school.

In the 659th episode of MBC's 'I Live Alone,' which aired on the 7th, actress Ryu Hye-young appeared to share her daily life. Joining her in the studio was SHINee's Minho, who shares a special connection with Ryu.
Minho drew attention when he introduced Ryu, stating, "Actually, I am a university classmate of Hye-young. We even took classes together."
The Rainbow members were the ones surprised by this unexpected connection. In particular, Kian84, appearing as if he had never expected Minho's academic background, caused bursts of laughter by saying, "You went to university? Since you're in SHINee, I thought you were a high school graduate."
Looking flustered, Minho immediately countered, "I studied hard. I'm someone who even graduated from graduate school."
Minho's response caused another stir in the studio. A flurry of surprised questions poured in, such as, "You went to graduate school too?", "When did you attend university while doing SHINee activities?", and "Why is your academic background so long?"
Minho also revealed his own method for balancing busy entertainment activities with his studies. He explained, "I would pack my classes into the morning and attend them diligently, then head to my schedules starting from lunchtime." Even amidst an idol life filled with filming, broadcasts, and overseas activities, he carved out every possible moment to invest in his education.
Ryu also testified to his extraordinary energy, recalling Minho's appearance back then. She added to the laughter by saying, "I still feel drained when I'm next to Minho. He is so passionate. He was 'Hot Tteugeo' back then, and he is still 'Hot Tteugeo' now."
Looking at his university classmate Ryu, whom he met after a long time, Minho showed their unchanging friendship by saying, "To be honest, it's harder now than it was back then."
Kian84's prejudice that being an idol meant being distant from academics was overturned in an instant. On the contrary, Minho has expanded his horizons by balancing top-tier idol activities with both university and graduate school studies. The broadcast served as a moment to newly confirm Minho's sincerity and intense energy outside of the stage.
