Lee Ho Seon Impressed by Wife's Empathy on JTBC 'Divorce Camp': "Be My Daughter-in-Law in the Next Life"
During JTBC's Divorce Camp, Professor Lee Ho Seon praises a wife's deep understanding of her husband's trauma-induced attachment.
On the 25th, during JTBC's 'Divorce Camp', Professor Lee Ho Seon expressed admiration for a wife's deep consideration, suggesting, "Let's be my daughter-in-law in the next life."

The wife confessed that her husband relies on her excessively. She mentioned how difficult it is because he insists they must go camping together and opposes her trips with friends.
In particular, she expressed disbelief regarding the husband's decision to move in with his mother without consulting her, stating, "During the COVID-19 period, my mother-in-law packed her bags and moved in. There was no consultation with me."
The husband shared his childhood, growing up amidst his parents' divorce and domestic violence. Having lived alone since high school, he explained that his lack of family felt led to his obsession with his wife.
Professor Lee Ho Seon diagnosed the husband's behavior not as simple obsession, but as anxiety stemming from deep childhood wounds. She explained, "Others might call it pathetic, but it is more accurate to view him as a child. There is an underdeveloped child remaining inside him."
She continued her analysis, saying, "While a wife going on a trip is a normal occurrence to others, for the husband, it is a tearing experience. His psychological state is such that the very idea of family leaving feels like a massive anxiety."
Regarding the husband's obsession with drones and camping cars, she analyzed, "He is receiving compensation now for the toys he could not have when he was young."
The wife attempted to understand her husband's wounds. She shed tears, saying, "Whenever it rained, my mother always brought me an umbrella. It breaks my heart to think my husband lived without being able to enjoy such things."
Furthermore, regarding moving in with the mother-in-law, she showed great understanding, stating, "I believe it was something that would have happened eventually, just the timing was a bit early."
At this, Professor Lee Ho Seon exclaimed in admiration, "Let's be my daughter-in-law in the next life." The wife wittily replied, "I've decided to live alone in the next life."
