Yang Chi-seung's New Bakery Thriving with Customers After 1.5 Billion Won Fraud Loss

Fitness trainer Yang Chi-seung has opened a new store near Gangnam Station, showing signs of a successful comeback.

On the 19th, Yang revealed the bakery he opened that day on his personal account, stating, "It's open. Thank you." Wearing a hygiene cap and mask, he personally managed the food and welcomed customers. He shared the atmosphere on-site, saying, "We opened today and are currently arranging the food. Some items are selling fast, so we are continuously making more."

Expressing surprise at the higher-than-expected turnout, he bowed in gratitude, saying, "Many people visited us even though we just opened. I will work hard. Thank you." He opened a specialty salad bread shop in the Gangnam Station underground shopping center.

On the 18th, he finally revealed the identity of the new business he had teased on the 3rd, saying, "Many people asked what OOO Club was, and I am finally revealing it. It is Yang Chi-seung's Sarada Club." He announced, "We tasted it many times and went through numerous revisions to prepare a protein-bomb nutritional balance. We are confident in the taste. See you at Gangnam Station on June 19."

This marks his new challenge about a year after his fitness club closed last July. He has worked as a trainer for famous celebrities, including actor Kim Woo-bin. In 2019, he opened a fitness club in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, but was ordered to vacate in November 2022 after the building was identified as a site subject to public contribution conditions. While he claimed he was not informed of these facts during the contract process, he suffered damages of approximately 1.5 billion won after failing to recover his deposit following the eviction.

In January, he worked as an executive for a company managing apartment community facilities, but he has finally returned as an owner, albeit of a small bakery.
