Actress Kim Ga Yeon has revealed her extraordinary devotion to actor Park Bo Gum, sharing that she personally prepares and sends him side dishes, even going as far as learning specific recipes from her mother to satisfy his tastes. Her actions caught attention as she went beyond simply cheering for her favorite actor, stating, "If it's delicious side dishes, I should send them."

On the 25th, Kim released a video titled "Kim Ga Yeon vs. Mom Cooking Hierarchy! Life-changing Stir-fried Anchovies by Skilled Cooking Mother and Daughter & Park Bo Gum's Favorite Side Dish Secret Recipe" on her YouTube channel, "Kim Ga Yeon and Lim Yo Hwan's Gaming Couple." In the video, Kim and her mother stood side-by-side in the kitchen, engaging in a cooking battle by making stir-fried anchovies in their own respective styles.

Her mother presented a traditional style of stir-fried anchovies using gochujang seasoning, while Kim made a version with almonds so that children could eat them easily. Unlike her mother, who prioritizes "hand-taste" over precise measurements, Kim cooked meticulously, adjusting everything from the amount of ingredients to the cooking time.

Kim described her own cooking style as "nagging cooking." She explained her personal cooking philosophy, emphasizing, "Isn't there a saying that cooking is all about the small details? There is something you absolutely must do." However, the true highlight of the cooking battle was the story of the side dishes for Park Bo Gum.

Kim made a surprise confession, saying, "I send Bo Gum a little bit of side dishes every once in a while." She further revealed that the request for the side dishes her mother made actually came from him, stating, "I had no intention of learning this originally, but because Bo Gum said it was delicious, I ended up learning it."
