Actor Kang Gil-woo appears in the Tving original 'The Legend of the Mess Hall Soldier' as Kim Min-ho, a fisherman who defected from North Korea, delivering scenes where a heavy atmosphere and comic situations intertwine to provide plenty of entertainment.

In episode 3 of 'The Legend of the Mess Hall Soldier,' which aired on the 18th, Kim Min-ho was found collapsed on a beach by the people of Gangnim Outpost. During the investigation, he was offered the chance to defect, but he refused to change his position that he had drifted to South Korea by mistake due to bad weather and that he intended to return to the North.
