Ko So-young Shows Closet of Rolling Chanels: 'I Buy, Jang Dong-gun Pays'
Actress Ko So-young reveals her luxury closet for the first time in 35 years, showing off vintage Chanel bags and over ten Hermès Birkins on YouTube.
On the 12th, a video titled "Human Chanel Ko So-young's Closet Revealed for the First Time in 35 Years of Debut" was published on the YouTube channel 'Ko So-young'.

Ko So-young revealed her closet for the first time, saying, "In the old days, I used to hang all my clothes neatly on hangers, but I hated how it looked. I didn't like having all my clothes out in the open, so I got a wardrobe put in, but only half of them fit. So I had shelving quickly built."
She then introduced a 1990s Chanel bag, saying, "At the time it cost around 2 million won, but bags are so expensive these days. I like things like this — old, with signs of wear still on them." She also introduced bags gifted to her by her mother and aunt in the 1980s, adding, "I'll sell some of them and give some to my daughter."
The YouTube PD was surprised, exclaiming, "The Chanels are just rolling around. You're stuffing them in." Ko So-young responded candidly, "I'm keeping them safely stored."
She revealed her collection of Hermès Birkin bags, saying, "I bought one around 1996 and it was 5 million won at the time. I bought it at a department store in Korea. Back then it wasn't particularly hard to find one. These days, you have to buy things you don't even need just to be able to get a bag, so I hadn't gone in a while. I have more than ten Birkin bags," astonishing viewers.
She also revealed a Hermès bag her husband Jang Dong-gun bought for her, explaining, "He bought it relatively recently and he's good about buying things. He's not the type to say 'I'll buy you a bag' and go to the department store together — I buy it myself and then ask him for the money."
