Lee Su-hyun was seen trying on various clothes during her shopping trip. Although she had gained weight in the past, she has successfully lost weight through exercise and diet management, and she looks great in any outfit. Her beauty is by no means outmatched next to Kim Bo-ra.

She once fell into a slump and was diagnosed with insomnia, depression, lethargy, social withdrawal, and panic disorder. Consequently, while living as a hikikomori, her weight increased rapidly due to binge eating. Eventually, her brother Lee Chan-hyuk stepped in and suggested they live together, and after living under one roof and exercising steadily for about two years, they lost 30kg together.
