The home prepared by Ji Ho and his wife is an 18-pyeong villa located near Jamsil, with a purchase price of 575 million won. The couple decided to purchase the property after comparing nearby apartment market prices, location, and the difference between buying and leasing prices, and they also utilized a loan. After spending about two years searching for the right place, they completed the interior design with approximately 25 million won.

After touring the house, Choi handed over the cash envelope, saying, “Rather than buying a gift that you might not like, just buy what you want to buy.” When Ji Ho expressed surprise after checking the envelope, saying, “It’s too much,” Choi laughed nonchalantly, saying, “No, no.” With the cash gift combined with the fresh seafood she personally shopped for, the housewarming became even more special.
