Jo Woo-jong reveals 9% body fat abs, sparking Moon Hee-jun's jokes
Broadcaster Jo Woo-jong reveals his impressive 9% body fat physique on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny,' prompting witty banter.
Broadcaster Jo Woo-jong surprised everyone by revealing his toned physique, maintaining firm abdominal muscles even in his late 40s. When it was revealed that he maintains a body fat percentage of around 9%, Moon Hee-jun offered a mix of admiration and jokes, drawing laughter from the studio.

In the episode of the SBS variety show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny' aired on the 28th, the lives of Jo Woo-jong and Jeong Da-eun were shown as they visited the home of Moon Hee-jun and Soyul.
During the visit, Jo volunteered to act as a 'special coach,' personally sharing his diet and exercise know-how to support Moon, who has recently embarked on a diet.
Moon opened the conversation by saying, "I heard you took a body profile photo around my age," to which Jo replied, "We are two years apart. I took it exactly 2 years ago."
The details that followed surprised the entire cast.
Jo revealed that his body fat percentage had dropped to **8–9%** at that time, prompting gasps of admiration in the studio.
Moon expressed his amazement, asking, "Are you still maintaining that body now?" Jo shared his secret to consistent fitness, stating, "Since then, my lifestyle itself has changed."
He explained, "I try to exercise whenever I have time. Rather than a special secret, the biggest change was making exercise a part of my daily life."
Unable to contain his curiosity, Moon requested, "Please show us your abs," and after a brief hesitation, Jo lifted his shirt, saying, "I'll only show you a little."
All eyes focused on the firm abdominal muscles that were soon revealed.
However, the admiration was short-lived.
Looking closely at the abs, Moon used his signature wit to retort, "Hyung, aren't these wrinkles instead of abs?" turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
Jo also burst into laughter, and the cast members erupted at the playful 'tiki-taka' banter.
Despite the jokes, Moon could not hide his envy.
Moon marveled, saying, "But seriously, there isn't a single bit of excess fat," and repeatedly expressed admiration for Jo's physical condition.
His wife, Jeong Da-eun, also provided another moment of laughter as she stepped closer to inspect her husband's abs once they were revealed.
Born in 1976, Jo, who will turn 50 on October 6, has been famous for his consistent self-management since his days as an announcer. He particularly drew attention by challenging himself to a body profile shoot in his late 40s, and he has since maintained a healthy physique by making exercise a daily habit.
In this episode, beyond simply revealing his abs, he emphasized the importance of consistent exercise and lifestyle habits, delivering a positive message that a healthy body can be built even in middle age. Jo's dedication to fitness and Moon's playful reactions provided both laughter and relatability to viewers.
