Kim Shin-young Looks Gaunt While Fighting Off a Cold
Kim Shin-young of MBC's 'I Live Alone' appears noticeably thinner while recovering from a cold, as her fellow cast members rally to cheer her on.
On the 13th, the production team of MBC's "I Live Alone" uploaded photos of the members to their official account with the message: "We will be spending a group 'bok-bok-bok' time with our Rainbow members in honor of member Shin-young, who fought off the cold virus all on her own."
The photos feature Kim Shin-young, Jeon Hyeon-mu, Code Kunst, Park Ji-hyeon, Seo Beom-jun, Ki An-84, and Red Velvet's Joy visiting the studio. Among them, Kim Shin-young drew particular attention for looking noticeably thinner than before.
Joy wrapped Kim Shin-young in a warm embrace, expressing her affection, while Jeon Hyeon-mu and the other members were photographed gently patting Kim Shin-young in a show of support for her recovery. The production team added a witty caption: "Of the three 'mayos,' the most important is not tuna mayo, nor 'don't steal my heart-mayo,' but 'please don't get sick-mayo.'"
Kim Shin-young had recently been feeling under the weather after coming down with a cold. The production team previewed: "The homebody's method of fighting off a cold will be revealed on 'I Live Alone' this Friday at 11:10 PM."
Last month, Kim Shin-young shared her 14-year solo-living lifestyle on "I Live Alone." She candidly revealed that while she had once successfully lost weight down to 44 kg, she had recently given up on maintaining her strict diet and experienced a rebound weight gain, showing a refreshingly relatable side of herself.
She had put on an uninhibited mukbang from early in the morning at that time. While she appeared healthy then, this time around she was seen looking somewhat gaunt as she battled her cold.
