Baek Dong-ju, a PD from Egg Is Coming—the content creation company led by Na Yeong-seok—has revealed her daily life 10 months after her resignation.

On the 23rd, a video titled '10 Months After Leaving Egg Is Coming, Do You Regret It?' was uploaded to the channel 'Resigned Dongju.' Baek Dong-ju, the first person to leave Egg Is Coming, candidly shared the realistic struggles she faced after leaving the company.

She reflected, "Fortunately, because I always worked on popular programs, I had great pride stemming from that. I realized after resigning that my identity was tied to the company. I left with the thought, 'I worked for a good company, and I can do well even after I leave,' but it really wasn't easy."

Naturally, financial issues were significant. Baek confessed the reality, saying, "It was my first time experiencing a steady monthly salary suddenly cutting off. When it's there and then suddenly gone, you feel it even more. It felt suffocating." She noted that it was difficult to maintain the same spending habits after her fixed income disappeared.

As for the background of her decision to resign, she cited a long-held sense of inferiority. She explained, "While working as a PD, I felt a great sense of inferiority. It wasn't about my skills, but about my background. Since I wasn't from a major broadcaster's open recruitment but worked as a freelancer through good opportunities and entered Egg Is Coming through connections, I felt that way. I could praise myself, but the inferiority I could never resolve was about my background."

However, it wasn't all about what she lost. She revealed she is preparing for another plan, stating, "I realized there are many ways to make a living in this world." She added, "Ultimately, the problem wasn't the company environment, but what was inside me," and shared that she is currently gaining various experiences through her personal channel activities.
