Ralral Addresses Smoking Controversy: "I Reflect on It"; Pungja Jokes, "I Saw Her Smoke Two Packs"
Creator Ralral turned recent online attention over past smoking reports into a comic apology-video parody with broadcaster Pungja.
Creator Ralral has personally addressed recent articles about her past smoking that spread mainly online, but she did so through a staged comedy setup rather than a conventional explanation. Appearing with close broadcaster friend Pungja, Ralral presented a parody of a serious press conference, using the tone of an apology video to turn the topic into entertainment.

On July 5, content titled "Elephant Hippo's Explanation Video" was released on Ralral's YouTube channel, "Ralralralral." The video took recent coverage of Ralral's past smoking experience as its subject and rebuilt it as a comic situational skit.
As the video began, Ralral sat in front of the camera with a heavy expression and opened by saying, "I turned on the camera because I have something to tell you." She then continued, "There have been many articles this time. That is true. It is true," deliberately creating a solemn mood reminiscent of a real public apology statement.
That tension, however, was immediately overturned by Pungja's line. Listening beside Ralral, Pungja responded as if she had been waiting for the moment, saying, "It is true that Yura smoked two packs of cigarettes. I saw it with my own eyes." Her deadpan delivery turned the scene into comedy.
Ralral continued the skit without appearing flustered. In the manner of someone reading an official apology, she said, "I am living a completely different life now, and I am reflecting on it a great deal," maintaining the premise that she had become a changed person.
Pungja kept playing along until the end. She repeatedly teased Ralral by emphasizing, "Still, it is true that she smoked two packs," while Ralral struggled to hold back laughter. Rather than treating the matter as an actual controversy, the two amplified the entertainment value through exaggerated framing and improvised back-and-forth exchanges.
The content serves as a follow-up that expands on a previous broadcast appearance in which the two mentioned Ralral's past smoking experience. At that time as well, their natural situational acting and witty conversation drew attention, and in this new video they continued the same quick comic rhythm that viewers associate with their pairing.
In particular, the video prompted laughter because it functioned less as an official clarification of a real controversy and more as a parody of the "apology video" format that is frequently circulated online. Ralral maintained an excessively grave facial expression and tone, while Pungja continued to deliver sly disclosures throughout, creating a sharp comic contrast between the two.
Viewers who watched the video responded positively to both the concept and the pair's variety-show instincts. Comments included, "When these two meet, their situational acting is art," "I got nervous because I thought it was a real press conference," "Pungja's ad-libs are so funny," "Ralral and Pungja's chemistry is something you can trust," and "The key point is how they pretend to stay serious until the end."
Ralral has continued to receive steady love for situational comedy content that draws on her distinctive character and cleverly twists reality. Pungja, meanwhile, has shown a strong presence across various content with witty talk and quick reactions. Through this video, the two once again proved their variety-show synergy by transforming an everyday subject into comedy with polished timing.
