Shin Ki-ru Struggles with Severe Smoking Addiction, Feeling Restless After 2 Hours and 20 Minutes Without a Cigarette

Entertainer Shin Ki-ru shared her smoking habits by revealing a situation where she was unable to smoke during long-distance travel. Having consistently been open about her smoking, she once again drew fans' attention by sharing her recent status with her signature humorous way of speaking.

On the 1st, Shin Ki-ru posted photos taken during her travels on her social media (SNS) with the caption, “Departing from Suseo Station to Ulsan.”

In the revealed post, she showed herself heading to a regional schedule via train, writing, “I couldn't pack a portable fan because I boarded in a hurry, and I was restless because I couldn't smoke for 2 hours and 20 minutes.” This remark appears to be an entertaining way to express the discomfort she felt in an environment where smoking is restricted for a long period.

Shin Ki-ru has disclosed her smoking habits several times through various broadcasts and YouTube content. When appearing on YouTube content this past February, she spoke without hesitation about her lifestyle, saying, “I just finished smoking a cigarette a moment ago,” when the topic of smoking arose.

Additionally, in March, a message of support received from a fan at a restaurant drew attention. The fan left a message cheering for Shin Ki-ru's activities along with the advice, “It would be good if you could switch to e-cigarettes later,” which Shin Ki-ru shared, drawing laughter.

Rather than hiding anecdotes related to smoking, Shin Ki-ru has communicated with the public by naturally sharing them as variety show material.
