To keep his family from seeing his struggle, Yang Chi-seung rode a motorcycle and "cried like crazy" inside his helmet, he said on KBS2's "Mr. House Husband 2". Singer Park Seo-jin and his sister Hyo-jeong visited the small bakery where Yang is trying to start over after a fraud loss in the range of 2,000,000,000 won, and worked a one-day shift there.

From a 25-year career to a four-pyeong bakery

Yang, a former trainer, had spent 25 years in the profession. After heavy damage from a gym-related fraud, he had to wind down his existing business. About three months ago he opened a small bakery of about four pyeong to make a fresh start. Even with a career built over so many years shaken in an instant, he took on a completely different field in order to stand up again.

On the show, Yang had given Hyo-jeong free personal training. Though afraid of water, he also went all the way to Ppaji, suffering through the trip, to help the siblings. Park Seo-jin and Hyo-jeong, however, never signed up for a PT membership, which was the sort of thing that could leave him feeling hurt for a long time.

"Today, just go"

The episode aired on the 17th. Park Seo-jin said, "I heard an acquaintance opened a shop, so I'm going to congratulate them," and headed to Gangnam Station with his sister. Hyo-jeong voiced worry: "Will he still like us after that time?" That left viewers wondering what lay between the two and the shop's owner.

Reunited after a long while, Yang poured out his hurt the moment he saw them. "I went to Ppaji and went through all that, and you two went back then. I'm not in a good mood," he said, then told them, "Just go today." The unexpected cold shoulder drew laughs, and it showed Yang's characteristic frankness and his memory of the kindness he had once shown them.

Aprons, a street tasting event and 30 orders

Yang finally offered the siblings a one-day part-time job. Determined to "repay a debt of the heart," Park Seo-jin and Hyo-jeong accepted and changed into the uniforms Yang handed them. Park Seo-jin made bread in the kitchen, while Hyo-jeong handled orders and payments at the counter. Rather than merely look around and offer congratulations, they chose to lend a hand themselves.

Hyo-jeong went out onto the streets near Gangnam Station to run a bread tasting event, actively drawing customers by offering bread to passersby, and Yang applauded her efforts. For one place that placed an order of 30 items, the siblings made the delivery together. The visit began as a way to soothe Yang's hurt feelings, but the siblings' sincere help increasingly made a real difference to the shop.

Confessions over all-you-can-eat pork

Yang's most painful confession concerned his family. He said his children stopped using the air conditioner even in summer for their father's sake and even quit private tutoring. Though he acted as if nothing were wrong outside, the sense of loss and helplessness he had to bear alone was far from small, and the story suggested how heavy a burden it was to know that his difficulties were changing his family's daily life.

After work, the group wound down at an all-you-can-eat thinly sliced pork belly restaurant. The siblings and Yang ate together after the hard labor, and Hyo-jeong's remarkable appetite drew laughs again. Watching her, Eun Ji-won said, "Hyo-jeong's mouth is built like Kang Ho-dong's," sending the studio into laughter.

For Yang, who restarted in a small bakery after the 2,000,000,000-won-range fraud and wound down his gym, the siblings' help meant more than a part-time job. His ordeal went beyond a failed business to a time of hiding his pain even from his family. The siblings he had once helped repaid him with their own hands, and in a day filled with laughter and eating, the episode closed on a warm scene of people sharing each other's difficulties.
