Actress Ahn Eun-jin has revealed the secret behind her weight loss.
Ahn Eun-jin posted a short video on her personal account with the caption "VLOG." In the video, what drew the attention of many viewers was her breakfast menu. It consisted of white porridge, dongchimi broth, eggs and natto. She recently shared that she had lost about 10 kg, and this diet appears to be one of the secrets behind it.
After finishing her morning workout, she opened an English textbook and studied. In the afternoon, she went out to the banks of the Han River, where she spent a relaxed time reading a book and listening to music. At that time, she enjoyed strawberries and a drink as a snack. She then went to a fitness club and focused on weight training in front of a power rack. Along with managing her diet, she lost weight through steady exercise such as running and Pilates.
In the evening, after eating sushi, she went running again. She shared a selfie taken against the night view, then ended her day with a facial mask on.
Born in 1991, she is known, along with actors Kim Go-eun, Kim Sung-cheol and Lee Sang-yi, as part of the "legendary Korea National University of Arts class of 2010," also known as K-Arts. Through the drama "Dynamite Kiss," she won Best Couple and the Excellence Award for Actress in a Miniseries Romantic Comedy at the 2025 SBS Drama Awards.
She will meet fans again through KBS 2TV's new Saturday-Sunday drama "Love Other Than You," in which she stars opposite Seo Kang-joon. The series is a realistic, relatable melodrama about a couple in their 10th year of dating who encounter unfamiliar emotions within a relationship that had become familiar, and it is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
