Ji So-Yun Heads to New York After Sudden Collapse; Song Jae-hee Strongly Encourages Rest

Actress Ji So-Yun has shared news of her departure for New York, USA, leaving behind her three children.

On the 22nd, Ji So-Yun announced her trip, stating, “Actually, this trip was not planned. After suddenly collapsing a few weeks ago, I realized that both my body and mind were much more exhausted than I thought. I think I have been running non-stop with work and childcare, thinking I was okay.”

She continued by sharing her husband's encouragement: “While spending every day hectically raising my three children—Hael, Doha, and Reha—I didn't have time to take care of myself. This time, Jae-hee oppa pushed me to go, saying, ‘Don't worry and just go. This time, please take a rest.'”

Regarding her solo journey, she said, “It is not easy to be away from the children, but a mother must be healthy to smile for a long time. For the first time in a while, I am setting aside my guilt for a moment to walk slowly without any plans, eat well, sleep well, and try to recover myself a little. It is like a small gift to myself, who has always only been running hard.”

She released a video of herself traveling to New York in first class. She married actor Song Jae-hee in 2017 and has one son and two daughters.
