Go So-yeong Cuts Her Hair and Changes Her Makeup and Styling: What Prompted the Transformation?

On the 16th, the YouTube channel “Go So-yeong” showed Go So-yeong walking through the streets in a very relaxed, natural way.

Go So-yeong said she had kept long hair ever since her debut. “I have tried cutting it in my own way, but I don’t think I have ever really had a pretty short bob,” she said. With that thought in mind, she received a hair consultation as she prepared to transform her look with a bob haircut.

The consultation did not stop at hair. After also receiving professional advice on makeup and coordinating her outfit, Go So-yeong decided to go for a mid-length bob. The change was presented not as a simple trim, but as a broader style reset that included her hair, beauty look and wardrobe.

The next day, she went to a hair salon and boldly cut her hair into the mid-length bob she had chosen. She also changed her makeup and styling to reflect the experts’ consultation, completing a more polished and sophisticated visual transformation.

Afterward, Go So-yeong said, “I came without a car,” and walked home without even wearing a mask. Her bag and shoes, both marked with a large luxury “C” logo, drew attention, while her skirt was described as an item from luxury brand “P.”

When the production crew asked, “Don’t people stare when you walk around like this?” Go So-yeong answered, “I don’t pay attention to that kind of thing. I’m not the type to walk around covering my face.” She made clear that she was not especially conscious of how others looked at her.

Go So-yeong married actor Jang Dong-geon in 2010, and the couple have one son and one daughter.
