Babymonster member AHYEON faced criticism regarding the stability of her stage outfit after being caught repeatedly adjusting it during the group's world tour performance in Seoul. While her styling, which maximized her stunning visuals, received praise, some pointed out that it failed to fully support her intense performance.
Babymonster kicked off their world tour with the '2026-27 BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR [CH00M] IN SEOUL' held from the 26th to the 28th of last month at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul. The concert featured stages driven by powerful performances and live vocal skills, with members capturing attention in black stage outfits that highlighted their individual personalities.
Amidst this, AHYEON's styling drew the most attention.
AHYEON wore a black tube top that fully exposed her shoulders, adorned with crystal and pearl decorations. Sparkling crystal embellishments ran along the bust line of the top, and luxurious details were placed around the waist to create a sophisticated atmosphere. This was further enhanced by a double-strand pearl necklace, long black gloves, and arm decorations to maximize her presence on stage.
The issue was practicality rather than design.
As the choreography involved raising her arms high and using her upper body boldly throughout the performance, AHYEON was seen several times appearing to check the state of her outfit. She was captured looking down at her top or naturally using her hair to cover the front.
