Jang Yoon-jeong Reveals Her Private Home Sauna: 'I Bought It With My Own Money' After Being Photographed in Public Baths
Singer Jang Yoon-jeong shares her strict self-care routine and her decision to install a private home sauna to avoid privacy issues in public baths.
In the episode of 'Jang Gong-jang Jang Yoon-jeong' released on the 18th, singer Jang Yoon-jeong revealed a single-person private sauna she set up at home.

Jang Yoon-jeong shared her personal management routine, stating, "During weeks when I have concerts, I tend to manage myself quite strictly." Following her reveal of dietary control, detox drinks, and low-sugar diets, she introduced the private sauna she built at home as her most cherished space.
"This is my favorite space. I love saunas so much," she said, turning it into a wet sauna by spraying water. She confessed the reason why she used to frequent public bathhouses but has not been able to visit them recently.
She remarked, "I used to love going to bathhouses and doing saunas, but at some point, it became very uncomfortable because everyone has a smartphone camera. I was scared because I had once been photographed in a bathhouse. It has been quite a while since I've used a public bath."
However, since she could not give up saunas, she revealed that she set up a private sauna inside her home. She added, "I wanted to do saunas so badly that I brought a single-person sauna into my house. This was also 'naedonnaesan' (bought with my own money)," clarifying that it was absolutely not a sponsorship.
After sweating in the sauna, she explained her physical management: "About a week before a performance, I go through a process of drying out my body. However, if I do management where I can't eat at all, my strength drops too much, which interferes with singing. So, I only do management that I can do while eating."
After finishing the sauna, she practiced singing and showed her hardworking attitude, saying, "The vocal cords are also muscles, so I have to keep exercising them. As I get older, I realized I shouldn't be lazy with vocal practice."
