Lyn Shocks Viewers by Spending Much of Her Daily Life in the Bathroom, Even Eating Snacks There

Singer Lyn has drawn sharply divided reactions from viewers over the everyday routine she revealed on the SBS variety program Miun Uri Saekki, also known as My Little Old Boy.

On May 31, SBS released a preview for the variety show featuring Lyn as she begins life on her own. The clip focused on her single lifestyle and immediately caught attention because of where much of that routine appeared to take place.

Lyn appeared sitting in the bathroom, a scene that surprised viewers from the start. She was shown spending most of her time there, not only reading and knitting but even eating snacks. In the studio, Lyn's mother questioned her daughter's behavior, saying, "Why are you sitting on the floor?"

MC Seo Jang-hoon, who is known on the program for having strict standards about hygiene, was visibly shocked by Lyn's daily habits. Lyn also showed a more eccentric side as she practiced singing, paused to express her fan affection for Lee Sun-min by saying, "Lee Sun-min is so good. I should just watch for a moment and then practice," and then suddenly moved into a general knowledge quiz.

After the video was released, however, some viewers responded negatively. They said the concept felt too excessive and questioned whether the production team had directed the situation. The episode featuring Lyn is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. on June 7.

Lyn married fellow singer Lee Soo in 2014, but the two agreed to divorce in August last year.
