As U-KISS member ELI announced his remarriage, his ex-wife, broadcaster Ji Yeon-soo, revealed her honest feelings.

On the 22nd, Ji Yeon-soo launched her YouTube channel 'Ji Yeon-soo's Yeon-su-rop-da' and uploaded a video titled 'What about my remarriage? Ji Yeon-soo's honest feelings.' Regarding the news of ELI's remarriage, she laughed and said, "I congratulate him so much. I truly do. But does my opinion matter?"

She continued with concern for her son, stating, "I knew about his marriage. Honestly, I didn't know when it would happen. My biggest worry was, 'My son Min-su has to go to school tomorrow'—that was my main concern. Among the parents, some know who Min-su's father is, and I worry that the child might hear about it and be hurt."

She offered a positive response, saying, "I guess we said we wouldn't remarry when we were filming 'We Got Divorced 2.' But he is in his 30s. He is at an age where he can get married again, have children, and live his own life. I have already found happiness first. Honestly, I love living just the two of us with Min-su. I think he is simply reaching the fruits of happiness later than I did."

Regarding her son, she supported her ex-husband, saying, "He knows. We congratulated him. But what if we don't? It would be very burdensome. Both the marriage and the divorce were quite noisy, weren't they? Since the decision has been made, I just want him to do well and be happy."

Ji Yeon-soo married ELI in 2014 and gave birth to Min-su. After divorcing in November 2020, she has been raising her son alone. ELI announced his remarriage on the 11th.
