EXchange Star Park Hyeon-ji Reveals Former Korean Air Flight Attendant Salary and Perks
Park Hyeon-ji, a cast member of TVING's EXchange, shares insights into her previous career as a Korean Air flight attendant, including salary and overseas allowances.
Park Hyeon-ji, a cast member of TVING's 'EXchange: Another Beginning 4', revealed the salary of flight attendants through her YouTube channel on the 18th.

Park Hyeon-ji is a former Korean Air flight attendant. She answered various questions ranging from flight attendants' monthly salaries to their qualifications and interviews.
Regarding the question about salary, she stated, "I cannot tell you the exact amount. There are positions like intern, assistant manager, and manager. If you compare regular employees to interns, interns actually receive much more money." However, she did not specify why interns receive higher pay.
She explained, "Once you become a regular employee, you receive pay based on your rank, and the monthly salary consists of the base pay plus flight allowances. The monthly salary varies slightly depending on how many flight hours you have."
She also confessed that the overseas stay allowances are quite substantial, saying, "Sometimes I stay in Europe, and sometimes I stay in the US, and the overseas stay allowance is different every time. You receive it in dollars according to that country's exchange rate, which I think is an advantage. I once saved up the stay allowance to $1000 and used it to change my phone."
