Kim Min Ha addresses buzz over 17kg weight loss: 'Is it that surprising?'

Actress Kim Min Ha is sharing her candid thoughts on the intense public interest following her 17kg weight loss.

In the sixth episode of the MBN and Channel S variety program 'No Plans At All,' airing at 9:10 PM on the 7th, Jun Hyun-moo and KwakTube (Kwak Joon-bin) will visit hidden local gems in Incheon alongside Kim.

Returning to Incheon following the previous broadcast, Jun heads to the day's first restaurant, remarking, "No matter how much you dig into Incheon, you keep finding old-fashioned gems." The spot, personally recommended by an Incheon native, is a rotisserie chicken restaurant that has been in business since 1979.

In a retro space filled with history, the three will express their admiration while tasting golden-brown rotisserie chicken and deeply flavored Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup).

Afterward, Jun raises expectations by introducing the day's "eating companion," saying, "I was more surprised seeing them than anyone else in history. It was the same feeling I had when I first saw actor Kim Sung-kyun." When Kim appears, KwakTube also cannot hide his surprise at her unexpected transformation.

While traveling in the car, Jun mentions Kim's changed appearance, expressing his astonishment at her recent weight loss. "I greeted her at the Blue Dragon Series Awards last year, but she has become a completely different person," he noted.

In response, Kim calmly discussed her recent life.

She reportedly shared her honest reaction, saying, "The weight loss issue seems to be really hot. I wondered if this was something that should become such a big topic." Kim successfully lost 17kg to prepare for her roles, subsequently drawing public attention with a sharper image and aura. However, she indicated that she is focusing more on her growth as an actress rather than the physical change itself.
