Lee Seung-chul's honest confession on 40th anniversary: "I even get weight loss injections"

Singer Lee Seung-chul candidly shared his secrets to self-management and his life story to mark the 40th anniversary of his debut. In particular, regarding his much-discussed recent weight loss, he directly revealed that in addition to exercise and diet, he "even got injections," providing both laughter and relatability with his unvarnished wit.

On the tvN variety program "You Quiz on the Block" broadcast on the 5th, Lee appeared to celebrate his 40th anniversary since debut and shared various stories with MC Yoo Jae Suk.

Lee showed off his exceptional variety show sense from the moment he appeared. He joked, "I've been knocking on the door of 'You Quiz' for several years; were you waiting to call me for my 40th anniversary?" and continued, "Do you know how much I wanted to sit in this chair?", turning the set into a sea of laughter.

As the conversation continued, Yoo Jae Suk noticed Lee's sharper appearance. When he asked about the secret to his management, noting, "It seems like you've lost a lot of weight recently," Lee revealed, "It's been about two years since I lost the weight."

He continued his honest story, saying, "I exercise, I watch my diet, and I also get a little bit of help." He drew laughter by showing a candid attitude, even admitting to using weight loss injections with the phrase, "You know, right?"

In response, Yoo replied, "So you did it," while expressing admiration for his consistent management, saying, "Still, maintaining it is not easy."
