Bobo shares heartwarming family trip after remarriage to Jang Min Wook
Actress Bobo shares glimpses of a family trip with her two sons and husband Jang Min Wook, celebrating their strengthened bond after remarriage.
Actress Bobo has shared updates on her recent life, revealing a family trip with her two sons following her remarriage to neurologist Jang Min Wook. As both individuals build a new family after experiencing the hardships of previous marriages, Bobo shared glimpses of their daily life, which has grown even closer through this trip.

On the 13th, Bobo posted travel photos and videos on her social media, writing, “I’ve recharged like this again, and our family has become even stronger, so we are planning a camping trip for October. The power of camping is great.”
The released videos and photos capture Bobo, Jang, and their two sons enjoying their trip together. Rather than focusing on special events, the content centers on the family members gathering to spend relaxing time together. It also drew attention to how Bobo views the trip not merely as a rest, but as an opportunity to strengthen family relationships.
In particular, Bobo, who is 50 years old this year, showed a youthful appearance and a bright expression in the photos. Her close friend, actress Park Tam-hee, expressed her joy at Bobo's recent news by commenting, “Are you planning to be lovely for the rest of your life?”
This family trip is garnering even more interest because it comes shortly after Bobo's remarriage to Jang Min Wook. Bobo personally announced the news of their marriage this past May, expressing her deep feelings.
At the time, she expressed her feelings toward Jang, saying, “Because of you, who embraced and protected my aching heart for a long time, I was able to smile. You, who gifted me the strength and time to live again. Everything I do with you feels like a miracle. Let us live kindly and peacefully within deep consideration and trust for each other. I am truly grateful, respect you, and love you.”
Her words emphasized mutual trust and the tranquility of daily life rather than a flashy wedding or public events. Her statement that “our family has become even stronger” during this trip also offers a glimpse into her current feelings regarding the new family structure formed through remarriage.
Jang Min Wook is a neurologist who operates Brain Navigation Neurology Clinic and is active in lectures and broadcasting regarding neurological diseases such as headaches, dementia, and brain aging. He became known to the public through appearances on programs like KBS 'Morning Forum' and first met Bobo through JTBC's 'Dakteodeurui Sseolwangsseollae' in 2022.
The fact that their relationship developed from a professional connection into a marriage is drawing significant interest. Especially since both experienced pain from previous marriages, their bond after remarriage seems to hold an even more special meaning.
Jang also recalled his first meeting with Bobo on the MBN show 'Dongchimi' broadcast in July. He explained, “At our first meeting, Bobo's mother was suffering from very severe headaches.”
He further shared the situation at the time, saying, “My wife had not long experienced the pain of divorce, and I had such pain as well. On top of that, my elderly parents were unwell.” This implies that because both had significant burdens to bear in their respective lives, the beginning of their relationship was naturally cautious.
Nevertheless, Jang expressed considerable satisfaction with his current life. He conveyed the happiness he feels living with his family, saying, “While raising the two children now, I didn't know my life could be this happy.”
Bobo is also building a new routine as a mother of two sons. It was later revealed that she married jazz pianist Kim Ga On in 2012 and had two sons, but divorced in 2022 after 10 years of marriage. After about three years, she reached another turning point in her life by remarrying Jang.
Since her debut as an MBC talent in 1996, Bobo has expanded her career as an actress and broadcaster. As she has worked across various genres including dramas, films, variety shows, radio, and musicals, her personal life has long been a subject of public interest.
This remarriage holds a meaning for Bobo that goes beyond a simple change in marital status. It is particularly noteworthy as a process of forming a new family unit with her two sons and building daily stability and trust with her spouse.
Bobo's expression that “our family has become even stronger” suggests that she finds the completion of her remarriage not in a wedding ceremony, but in the time spent living together. The fact that she is already planning a camping trip for October shows that this new family life is a continuous journey rather than a one-time event.
Having both navigated difficult periods in their lives, the couple is now healing each other's wounds while establishing a new order with the children. The modest family trip photos shared by Bobo serve as a testament to the trust and intimacy built in everyday life following her remarriage.
