Kang Sung-yeon Reveals Remarried Husband Jang Min-wook and Expresses Deep Affection

Actor Kang Sung-yeon has shared a warm recent update with her remarried husband, Jang Min-wook, a neurologist and clinic director, drawing attention for the couple's affectionate appearance together.

On June 14, Hwang In-cheol, head of obstetrics and gynecology at Seoul Medical Center, posted photos on his social media account and wrote, "Newlyweds who came by on my birthday. Their appearance is more beautiful than the birthday itself."

Hwang In-cheol was celebrating his birthday at a party with acquaintances, and Kang Sung-yeon and Jang Min-wook could be seen among the guests. Kang also marked Hwang's birthday with a heartfelt message, calling him "a doctor who receives babies" and writing, "I spent a long time today looking at those great hands. Whether late at night or at dawn, he runs for the new lives arriving on this planet, a true Superman of our era."

Hwang In-cheol also released a photo showing Kang Sung-yeon and Jang Min-wook together, again saying, "Their appearance is more beautiful than the birthday itself," and offering his blessing for the affection between the two.

Kang Sung-yeon announced her remarriage on May 10 by sharing a photo taken with Jang Min-wook, who was wearing sunglasses. In that post, she wrote, "You gave me the strength and time to live again. Everything I share with you feels like a miracle."

Jang Min-wook is the director of the neurology clinic "Brain Navigation" and has appeared on several broadcasts, including KBS1's "Achim Madang." He and Kang Sung-yeon worked together on JTBC's "Doctor's Sseolwang Sseollae," and their relationship developed into romance before the two married.

Kang Sung-yeon previously married jazz pianist Kim Ga-on in 2012 and had two sons, but the couple divorced in 2023.
