On the episode of the tvN variety program 'You Quiz on the Block' aired on the 1st, actor Kim Mu-yeol, who gained global popularity through the Netflix series 'Teach You a Lesson', appeared and spoke honestly about the time it took to grow as an actor.

The path of an actor was not smooth for Kim Mu-yeol from the beginning. He revealed that during his time performing on musical stages, the money he earned in a year was only 200,000 won. In his childhood, he experienced hardships such as having seizure notices attached to his home, and he had to work various part-time jobs to make a living while moving between shacks in hillside villages.

Despite this, Kim Mu-yeol did not give up on his dream. Recalling those days, he said, "Looking back, there were many lacking and difficult things, but it was purely joyful. I am proud of myself for holding on until the end even when friends who shared the same dream left one by one."

He also expressed regret toward his family. Mentioning that his mother, who had debuted through a new spring literary contest, had put down her writing to support him, he said, "Now that I have had a son, I finally understand that feeling," evoking sympathy.

Yoon Seung-ah recalled the moment she heard people around her ask, "Why are you meeting a poor man?" saying, "Actually, we had a very difficult start."

He continued by sharing a touching moment unique to the couple who endured long years of obscurity, saying, "The two of us hugged and cried."

Yoon Seung-ah also said, "I am not someone who cries easily, but I cried for the first time. Because I have watched actor Kim Mu-yeol's time for a long time, the emotions were special. I said just one thing: 'You worked hard.'"

The two, who are celebrating their 11th wedding anniversary, continue to show affection for each other. Kim Mu-yeol stated, "On our child's birthday, I try to be the first to congratulate my wife and do an event for her," and Yoon Seung-ah smiled, saying, "Even though we have been together for 17 years, he is consistently sweet."
