Actress Lee Moon-jung of tvN's Reply 1988 announced the healthy birth of her third daughter after two miscarriages.
Actress Lee Moon-jung, who appealed to viewers through the tvN drama 'Reply 1988,' shared emotional news after giving birth to her third daughter following two miscarriages.

On June 6, Lee posted the announcement on her social media account. She wrote that on June 4, 2026, her family's youngest child, whom God had sent to them, was born healthy. She referred to the baby by the nickname Gyul and said she was grateful to share the news that her third child had arrived safely.
Lee explained that her first and second pregnancies had not involved major difficulties, so she had expected her third pregnancy to be similar. Instead, she spent the later stage of the pregnancy with caution because the baby was very small in the womb and there were concerns about possible premature contractions.
She expressed deep thanks to her newborn daughter, saying she was grateful that the baby had endured bravely inside her mother's belly and had come into the world in good health. Describing the baby's appearance, Lee said her youngest, Gyul, resembles a mix of her older brother and younger older brother.
Lee also asked for support as her family begins another new chapter. She said she is facing a fresh start together with three siblings who look alike, and requested many blessings and encouragement from those following her news.
Lee Moon-jung made her debut in the 2012 film 'A Company Man' and later appeared in films including 'Very Ordinary Couple,' 'Office,' 'Salut d'Amour,' and 'A Violent Prosecutor,' as well as dramas such as 'Monster' and 'Mrs. Cop.' In 'Reply 1988,' she left an impression on viewers by appearing as the red-haired older sister of Sung No-eul's girlfriend. She married a non-celebrity in 2018.
