Son Tae-young Shocked by $270 Uber Fare for Son Luk-hee
Actress Son Tae-young shares a viral moment regarding her son's massive Uber bill following a train strike in the US.
Actress Son Tae-young burst into laughter over her son Luk-hee's taxi fare. On the 13th, a video titled '72-hour vlog of free mom Son Tae-young without husband and kids' was uploaded to the 'Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young' channel.

In response to an acquaintance asking, "Didn't Luk-hee go to Long Island last week?", Son Tae-young explained the frustrating situation: "He has a friend there. He said he would come back using the train and Uber. But I got a call in the early hours of that morning saying the trains were on strike. How could I have gone to Long Island, which is a 2.5-hour trip, that very morning?"
Ultimately, Luk-hee took an Uber home, and the fare came to a whopping $270. This is approximately 410,000 Korean Won. The acquaintance reacted with surprise, noting, "That's the price of a plane ticket."
Son Tae-young said she tried to let it go, thinking, "Since he went to Long Island anyway, he might have stayed overnight, so let's just consider it the cost of one night."
Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young married in 2008 and have one son and one daughter. Son Tae-young is currently residing in New Jersey, USA, for her two children's education.
