Yoon Kyung-ho reveals 13-hour 'silent retreat' behind Blue Dragon win
Actor Yoon Kyung-ho shares a behind-the-scenes look at his intense 13-hour routine, showcasing his professional dedication and self-discipline.
Yoon Kyung-ho, who has risen to the ranks of "trending actors," caught attention by revealing the intense daily self-management hidden behind the glamorous spotlight.

Experiencing the most intense period since his debut, Yoon revealed his extraordinary attitude toward his craft and his professional side through behind-the-scenes footage of his "13-hour silent retreat."
On the 30th of last month, Yoon's agency, Noon Company, released a video titled "Yoon Kyung-ho's 13-hour silent retreat behind-the-scenes revisited from the perspective of Noon Company" on its official channel.
The video captures Yoon maintaining his personal routine despite a packed schedule lasting an entire day. From starting with PT to hair and makeup, a radio appearance, and a fan signing event, he demonstrated his sense of responsibility as an actor by handling a relentless schedule.
In particular, the personal training session held from 9:00 AM drew laughter with unexpected scenes of him "complaining of pain." His grimacing face while struggling on stretching equipment and his gestures of waving his hands in protest against high-intensity exercise provided a human charm that contrasted with the heavy image he has previously projected on screen.
However, even in difficult moments, Yoon did not lose his professionalism in front of the camera. During his appearance on SBS Power FM's "Cultwo Show," he created a cheerful atmosphere by wearing a T-shirt with the phrase "I am practicing a silent retreat," and at the fan signing event, he captured the hearts of fans with a bright smile and sincere communication.
The final schedule was a shoot held on a rooftop overlooking Inwangsan Mountain. Having finished a long day, Yoon concluded his day with a relaxed expression, leaving behind traces of his steady efforts toward his profession.
Born in 1980, Yoon began his acting career in 1999 with the play "The Wedding of Lady Maeng." He later made his presence known on television through the 2002 SBS drama "Rustic Period" and has built a significant presence through various works over the years.
Recently, he reached a new turning point in his career by delivering a delicate performance as Park Jae-young in the tvN drama "The Legend of Kitchen Soldier," winning the Best Supporting Actor award at the 5th Blue Dragon Series Awards.
Following this, he proved his capabilities once again by playing the role of Park Jin-cheol in the SBS drama "Agent Kim Reactivated," earning praise from viewers for his realistic acting.
After enduring long periods of obscurity and supporting roles, Yoon has finally reached his heyday. His "13-hour silent retreat" serves as more than just a self-management video; it is a record of ongoing growth, showing how an actor continuously disciplines himself even while standing at the top.
