BTS Busan Concert Delayed 75 Minutes Due to Gift Shortage
BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG IN BUSAN faced a 75-minute delay on June 12 due to gift distribution issues and crowd management difficulties at Busan Asiad Main Stadium.
The highly anticipated Busan concert by the group BTS resulted in a 'situation' where the performance was delayed by 75 minutes.

BTS was scheduled to hold the ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG IN BUSAN’ concert at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium in Yeonje-gu, Busan, at 7:00 PM on the 12th. However, due to issues with audience entry, the show finally opened at 8:15 PM, 75 minutes later than the promised time.
At that time, various online communities were flooded with posts from fans who were unable to enter the venue. According to them, the entry delay occurred because there was an insufficient supply of commemorative gifts to be distributed to approximately 50,000 audience members, causing long waiting lines.
Their agency, HYBE, bowed in apology, stating: “We deeply apologize to all the audience members who came to watch the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN concert held on June 12 for the great inconvenience caused by the delay in the start of the performance. We prepared as much as possible to ensure there were no shortcomings in operations to provide a meaningful time for our audience, but the start of the performance was delayed due to a combination of factors, including confusion in on-site guidance, bottlenecks in the fan gift distribution process, and delays in receiving merchandise. We sincerely apologize once again for causing great disappointment and inconvenience to the audience members who waited a long time to watch the performance.”
They continued with a promise: “For the concert taking place on the 13th, we will thoroughly inspect and improve all aspects of on-site operations, including entry and gift distribution, to ensure that the same congestion does not occur.”
Following the performance on the 12th, BTS will continue their ‘ARIRANG’ world tour at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on the 13th.
