BTS 'SWIM' Climbs Billboard Hot 100 as 'ARIRANG' Continues to Dominate
BTS's 'SWIM' surges on the Billboard Hot 100, marking a massive resurgence for the 'ARIRANG' album and celebrating their upcoming Busan world tour.
Boy group BTS's 'SWIM' is gaining renewed popularity as it climbs back up the main song chart on the US Billboard.
According to the latest chart released by the US music media outlet Billboard on the 9th, 'SWIM', the title track from BTS's 5th studio album 'ARIRANG', rose 3 positions from the previous week to reach number 41 on the June 13 'Hot 100'.
'SWIM' previously recorded 55th place on the May 30 chart and jumped 11 positions to 44th on the June 6 chart. It is now writing a story of resurgence by pulling up its ranking again this week.
During the early stages of the 5th album release, BTS simultaneously held number 1 on both the 'Billboard 200' and 'Hot 100' with 'ARIRANG' and 'SWIM'. 'ARIRANG' also reached number 11 on the 'Billboard 200'.
'SWIM' recorded number 5 on the 'Global 200' and number 2 on the 'Global' (excluding US) chart this week, maintaining a top-tier position for 11 consecutive weeks. Notably, all 13 tracks included in the 5th album have remained on the 'Global' (excluding US) chart for 11 consecutive weeks.
'SWIM' reached number 1 on the 'Global' (excluding US) chart for the 8th time in total last week, setting the record for the most number 1 hits among songs released in 2026. This is tied with the longest duration at number 1 on that chart held by 'Dynamite'.
BTS will hold 'BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN' at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on the 12th and 13th. The 13th marks the 13th anniversary of BTS's debut. To celebrate this, '2026 BTS FESTA' will also be held.
