Kang Min Kyung Shocked by Gwak Beom's Weight Loss: Is Car, the Garden Using the Same Diet Secret?

On the 14th, Davichi member Kang Min Kyung expressed her shock on her YouTube channel 'Gyang Min-kyung' while sharing updates on comedian Gwak Beom, who has successfully lost weight.

Kang Min Kyung visited a gopchang restaurant in Sindang-dong, Seoul, with a company employee to enjoy an outdoor meal. As the topic of dieting naturally arose, news surfaced regarding an employee who is currently losing weight using the obesity medication Mounjaro.

The employee shared, "They said it's an adaptation period at first. Still, my expectations were high. I used to order the large size of gukbap and eat all the broth, but now I am able to leave some of the broth behind."

Kang Min Kyung noted the effectiveness, saying, "Car, the Garden has really lost a lot of weight." The employee agreed, stating, "It seems there are people who see significant results."

Kang Min Kyung mentioned the changes she saw in Gwak Beom, whom she met at a recent YouTube event. She said she was startled, noting, "I went to a YouTube gathering and Gwak Beom arrived looking like half the man he was. It felt like his body had shrunk by half."

She continued, "He had changed so much that I asked, 'Why did you lose so much weight?' and he told me he is using Mounjaro."

Gwak Beom recently revealed on SBS Love FM's 'Yoo Min-sang's Hungry Radio,' "If controlling your diet is difficult, seeking help from medication is also a method. I succeeded in my diet by combining Mounjaro with marathon training."
