She stated, "At first, the word 'depression' felt so scary, but I was surprised that so many people empathized with me," adding, "If I had forcibly suppressed my emotions, it would have been even harder."
She continued, "Although my husband helps me a lot, I have experienced emotional fluctuations to the point where I feel strange to myself. Since it is our first time being a mother and father, there are many shortcomings."
Truedy also expressed her determination to recover, saying, "I will not fear the word 'depression' and will overcome it. I will build up my physical strength and become mentally stronger."
